Agreement Overview

This agreement is established between Premier Puppies Home (the “Seller”) and any client (the “Buyer”) purchasing a puppy from our website or using our services. By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

Guarantee

• Health Guarantee: The Seller guarantees that all puppies are healthy, trained, and accurately described on our website. Photos listed are of the actual puppies available for purchase.
• Genetic Health Guarantee:
  • If a puppy passes away within two years from birth due to genetic abnormalities or is diagnosed with a congenital or hereditary condition that adversely affects its health, the Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value at no extra cost, subject to a licensed veterinarian’s certification of the condition or cause of death.
  • If the puppy passes away due to genetic issues after ten years, the Buyer will receive a credit worth 70% of the original purchase price toward the purchase of a new puppy. This credit is also subject to a veterinarian’s certification of the cause of death.

Buyer’s Commitment

By purchasing a puppy, the Buyer agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated on our website.

Buy-Back Option

The Seller retains the right to buy back the puppy if the Buyer decides to sell it at any point during the puppy’s life. The buy-back price will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Default Policy

If the Buyer is unable to meet the contractual obligations (such as proper care), the puppy must be returned to the Seller in satisfactory condition. In such cases, the sale will be void, and all payments made by the Buyer will be forfeited.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the puppy, they may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made upfront and in full prior to shipping the puppy.
• Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Transfer of Ownership & Liability

• Ownership and all responsibilities for the puppy transfer to the Buyer upon purchase.
• A purchase may only be canceled or refunded if the puppy has not yet been shipped or within 30 days of delivery.
• Purchases cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued once the puppy has left our facility or after 30 days from the date of delivery.

By completing the purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
