Personal Puppy Hand Delivery

For added security and peace of mind, we offer personalized delivery through professional pet shipping agencies. Experienced pet nannies will accompany your puppy on the flight, escorting them safely to the airport and delivering them directly to your home by van.

• Cost: $200 for one puppy, $380 for two puppies.
• Flight Booking: We schedule flights within 2-7 hours after your purchase to minimize wait time..

Standard Puppy Shipping

We offer shipping across the US, Canada, and Mexico to most major airports.

• Shipping Fee: $200 per puppy (in addition to the purchase price). This fee covers air travel and a vet-issued health certificate. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Puppy Travel and Safety Measures

We understand the importance of safe travel for your new puppy. That’s why we carefully book flights with trusted airlines such as Southwest Airlines and United Airlines (PetSafe program) or Delta Airlines (Pet Travel program). These airlines provide USDA-approved personnel and climate-controlled cabins for animals.

• Short Flight Routes: We select the shortest and most comfortable routes to minimize travel time.
• Comfortable Crates: Each travel crate is spacious enough for your puppy to sit, stand, and lie down comfortably. A soft towel is placed at the bottom for coziness, along with water and food to keep your puppy hydrated and nourished throughout the journey.
• Health Certificate: A vet-issued health certificate is required for air travel, and we handle this for you when the shipping fee is paid.

Our team personally ensures your puppy boards the flight safely on the day of travel.

Picking Up Your Puppy from the Airport

One day before the flight, you will receive an email with all the flight details, including the exact location for pickup at the nearest airport. Please arrive on time with:

• A valid ID and the confirmation number (provided in the email).
• A clean, soft towel.
• Fragrance-free baby wipes.
• Paper towels.
• Fresh, clean water.
• Nutri-Cal (available at any pet store).

When you first meet your puppy, offer them water and a little Nutri-Cal to ensure they stay hydrated and energized after the journey.

After Pickup

As soon as you pick up your puppy, please call Premier Puppies Home to let us know your new companion has arrived safely.

Take your puppy home immediately, provide a meal, and allow them time to rest and adjust to their new surroundings. A slow and gentle introduction to the new environment is ideal. For more advice, please refer to our care tips.
